Huh?
I really love bumper stickers. I don't have any on my car, but I love to read them. In college, I had a running list of all the bizarre bumper stickers my friends and I saw.
Today, as I was driving down the street, I found myself behind a car with a gigantic bumper sticker on it. The sticker read:
If it's not a baby, you're not pregnant.
What?
I don't think I understand that. If what isn't a baby? And who thinks they are pregnant if they have something besides a baby? Is this a really big problem? I feel like I must be missing something here, and maybe this is some serious issue with which I am simply not familiar, but I am baffled.
If anyone can help me, I sure would appreciate it.
Also, feel free to list your favorite bumper stickers in the comments section as well.

I think it might be a pro-life issue.
Uh, I don't get that one either!
I am inclined to agree with Anonymous.
Delurking here to share the first (awful, I know)thing that popped into my head .... You're just fat! Okay, I'll go back to dropping by and keeping my mouth shut.
ha I think that it's a prolife issue also, but it def took me a while too!
Makes NO sense at all. A pro-life commentary? If so, it's really, really ineffective. I will be pondering this all day....
I thought it might have something to do with abortion, but I really still haven't figured it out. I am glad others have struggled too!
Also, welcome tulipmom!
While we're on it, (as you know, I can go on and on with the bumper sticker subject).....the sticker I hate the most is "My child eats bugs" and "My child drinks out of the toilet" - with a picture of a cat and/or a dog. They are saying that they love their pets, they're like they're children, blah blah - Not cute.
How about "Starfleet Academy"? Love it.
"Horn broken, watch for finger."
I don't get that bumper sticker either. Someone...HELP!!
I am looking for a 90210 bumper sticker!!!
PETA-People Eating Tasty Animals, Asshole, not just a word, a lifestyle, Can't Feed 'Em, Don't Breed 'Em. I have others but those are just a few in my book that I had written down, but there is one more that I just love and it is something about my child making the honor roll but I can't find it. Darn.
Bossy! I thought of you this morning, I was sitting in traffic and the car in front of me had a bumper sticker that said "meats no treat for those you eat" huh?
I'm still pondering the bumper sticker you posted about. Bizarre.
My favorite was at the Milwaukee Art Museum on a brand new outback that said
My other car is a subaru
I love it because we subie owners want nothing else.
I am sure it is pro life! In other words "only if you are pregnant would you understand that it's a baby, not a ....well you know.
no comment from me on this one.
This sticker is a pro-life sticker adressing the argument that many pro-choice people make regarding the time when a fetus becomes a baby. In my belief, the moment of conception begins life regardless the age of the fetus. Pro-choice folks believe that there is another point in a pregnancy when a baby becomes a baby. Just as a side note...a hearbeat is visible around 6-8 weeks by ultrasound...a true miracle!
